We supply whole or half carcases cut to your order. Joints can be bagged ready for the freezer. Cost is £3.50 per
kilo of carcase weight plus a charge for butchering and bagging. To give you some idea the average cost for a whole pig is
£200 in labelled plastic bags, collected from Horsington. We will only deliver, in our refrigerated van, within 20
miles of the farm at a cost of 80p per mile of journey: however get together with friends and order several pigs and the delivery
cost will remain the same. Our philosophy is to produce for a local market, avoiding unnecessary food miles. If you are likely
to be passing by, give us advance notice and we will have your order ready for collection but please note that we can only
send pigs to the abattoir on a Monday.
We make our own sausages, 83% pure pork in natural skins and will make
flavoured sausages (minimum order 10lbs or 4.5kg) to your order and recipe

If you are looking for pigs to breed from or to fatten for yourself we can supply either registered or unregistered pedigree

like Gloucestershire Old Spots lay down fat very easily so they need to be severely rationed
